A Portrait.

Hey everyone.  Here's a completed portrait I did, I'm not sure who it is really, but I like it.  The skin texture is so difficult to create, she started out as a pencil sketch, scanned and finally hand painted in Photoshop... Feel free to comment, this is the first one I've done like this.

A whole new world!

I love making planets in Photoshop. It's a challenge to make them look realistic.  I decided to do a blue planet this time, just for the task of creating land masses and atmosphere.

So weird, but SO cool!!

Okay, I know this is another very odd rendering, but I enjoy making obscure things.  Something that makes you look a little longer.  Enjoy!

Alien!!

After I made the planet Joetopia, I decided maybe I should look alien!!!  So here's the result of my playing around, maybe I'll do another version of this with a different picture, but I thought this was cool!! A lot of contrast in the eyes, creepy, but so cool!

New Planet!

Ok, this isn't really a "new" planet, I just made it in photoshop.  But it looks so cool!!  I declare this planet, Joetopia!!

Logos

This is a hand created logo I made for a client, Satori Salon and Spa.  They were wonderful people and I was proud to create their logo!  There's just something satisfying to see your creations on business cards, signs and T-shirts!

Obsolete

This is a graphic I made (Mostly for fun really) using a combination of Poser, Maya, and Photoshop CS8.  This is not digitally painted, it's rendered using Maya and Poser 6, using different shaders lighting and shadow effects along with some tweeks in Photoshop.

Silent Hill

Ok, this is a photo (of me) with a "Silent Hill" movie effect.  This freaks A LOT of people out, must be the eyes.  But I found it so cool I just had to share!

Sci Fi Women.

Alright, this is a little strange.  I call it Sci Fi Women, she's hand drawn and painted in Photoshop CS8.  I'd say this is probably my interpretation of how technology is slowly taking over society.  This was a very fun drawing to do, and one of my first humanistic Photoshop paintings.  Still, pretty twisted though!
